The session, titled “Mens Sana in Corpore Sano: A Sound Mind in a Sound Body,” focused on how a regular exercise program can enhance musical performance. Professor Seiler emphasized the importance of maintaining physical health to support mental well-being and improve musical abilities. Attendees gained valuable insights into how physical fitness can lead to better focus, stamina, and overall performance as musicians.

Speaker: Sofie Søndervik Sæther

Drawing from his experience as a teacher at the Norwegian Academy of Music, Skaansar offered insights into how musicians can maintain their mental health while pursuing their artistic goals.
