The University of Agder has a temporary 30% position available for two years as a content producer for our Center of Excellence in Education, CreaTeME. The position is associated with the Department of Popular Music. Some evening and weekend work is to be expected. The main workplace is Campus Kristiansand. The start date is negotiable.

The Faculty of Fine Arts has approximately 530 students and 130 employees, about 20 of whom work in administration. The faculty consists of the faculty administration, the Department of Popular Music, the Department of Classical Music and Music Education, and the Department of Visual and Performing Arts.

Responsibilities

Document CreaTeME activities through video and photography

Edit and publish content tailored to various digital platforms such as social media and websites

Produce text and content for websites

Develop templates for content production

Required Qualifications

Completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Relevant work experience can compensate for the requirement of higher education at the bachelor level.

Proficiency in professional image and video editing tools

Good knowledge of using digital tools

Proficiency in Norwegian, both written and spoken

Good knowledge of English

Desired Qualifications

Good knowledge of the education/university sector

Good knowledge of the Department of Popular Music’s fields

Experience in producing content for digital platforms

Personal Qualities

Good communication and collaboration skills

Proactive

Flexible

Ability to work independently and structured

Personal qualities and suitability for the position will be emphasized.

The position is remunerated according to the State Salary Scale, salary plan 90.500, code 1408 senior executive officer, NOK 550,000 – 600,000 gross per year. For particularly well-qualified applicants, a higher salary may be considered. Statutory contributions to the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund are deducted from the salary.
